The Virginia Farm Relief Fund is designed to accept donations to the Fund, and applications for assistance from the Fund in the event of a natural disaster affecting Virginia agriculture. This Fund is housed in Virginia Foundation for Agriculture Innovation & Rural Sustainability (VAFAIRS) to allow for tax-deductible donations from supporting parties, and is subject to all rules and regulations pertaining thereto.
The application period for our Hurricane Helene relief program has closed as of December 31st, 2024. Donations made after January 1st, 2025, will be directed to the Foundation. Method of Collection
- Funds will be collected by check or credit card only.
- Make checks payable to “Virginia Foundation for Agriculture, Innovation & Rural Sustainability” or “VAFAIRS”. Mail checks to VAFAIRS, P.O. Box 27552, Richmond, VA 23261
